Appearance: A set of seals. They are an equilateral Diamond made out of alternating 雷(Lightning) and 流(Current) symbols. The symbols will also meet in the center of the diamond from each of the four points, where there is a larger symbol, either 陽(Positive) or 負(Negative). When empowered with chakra, the Positive seal crackles slightly with electricity. The size of the seal can vary in size from as small as a quarter inch square to as large as 3 inch square.
Function: The user places a seal on any surface (including people/animals/etc). The user decides at the time of application whether they create a positive seal or a negative seal. There is no limit to the number of positive or negative seals that one can have placed at any time.
Nothing happens when a user infuses chakra into a negative seal by itself. When a positive seal is infused with chakra by itself, it spaks but otherwise does nothing else. When there is a charged positive seal within 6 inches of a Negative seal, the stored lightning chakra will arc between the two seals, using the shortest possible distance to travel between them at jutsu speed. The arc by itself is harmless. When you place a metal object between the two seals and activate them, the lightning chakra passing through the item generates an electromagnetic field that will propel the object in a straight line, in the direction that the arc is going, at jutsu speed. The object will also be infused with lightning chakra; the object's power becomes equal to jutsu power. The object will travel the entirety of its distance before it loses its electromagnetic charge (The maximum travel distance is the justu's power, in feet).
