Bloodline Name: Chakra Anomaly
Bloodline Functions: Members of the Otsutsuki Clan are able to directly ingest the chakra of others, most commonly by quite literally devouring any and all techniques that are thrown their way by their opponents. In order to devour a technique the Otsutsuki must have their head facing towards it, and the technique itself must be within 5 feet of their current position. From there the Otsutsuki will begin to inhale, and provided that the chakra stat of the Otsutsuki is higher than the power/health of the jutsu being used, the technique will be converted back into pure chakra that the Otsutsuki will devour and use to bolster their own reserves. But this ability has a rather serious drawback, one that has been the bane of many an arrogant or unaware Otsutsuki throughout the ages. If the power of the technique proves to be greater than the chakra of the Otsutsuki the conversion to pure chakra will fail, and the Otsutsuki will instead find themselves trying to devour the technique in its raw form. Even should the Otsutsuki survive devouring the jutsu in its raw form they will find themselves unable to devour any additional techniques for the remainder of that topic.
Bloodline Traits:
-Effect One: Assimilation: Some Otsutsuki possess the ability to naturally assimilate any foreign chakra that enters their body, provided of course that their own chakra is more powerful than the foreign chakra. This essentially allows the Otsutsuki to absorb the Chakra of any Genjutsu that is placed on them if their own chakra is more powerful than the Genjutsu itself. This absorbed Chakra bolsters the Otsutsuki's reserves
-Effect Two: Draining Touch: Some Otsutsuki possess the ability to drain chakra from others simply by placing their hands upon them. This will only succeed if the chakra of the Otsutsuki is greater than the Chakra of the opponent, and even then only a certain amount can be drained. For every 50 points an Otsutsuki has in their Chakra stat 10 points may be drained from their opponents, but due to the rather unorthodox way that they are gaining chakra the Otsutsuki will only have half of the total amount absorbed added to their reserves. This effect cannot be used at the same time as the Not-so Gentle Fist.
-Effect Three: Almighty Chakra: The Otsutsuki Clan are widely known and feared for many reasons, one of which is their unnaturally potent chakra (+50 Chakra)
