Akuro had both elbows on the table with her chin resting on her hands that were already folded. She sighed as she stared at her half eaten dish of Döner, a typical cooked meat sandwich, usually made with seasoned chicken, lamb, or beef (in Akuro's case, it's beef) and served with vegetables such as lettuce and tomatoes, spices, and garlic yogurt wrapped in pita bread. It was always a dish that the heterochromatic girl would go to take her mind off of things to distract her with flavors that would take over her taste buds. Both eyes closed for a second before she slowly opened them back up to her Döner. She broke the folding of her hands to grab her cup of water before setting it down.
She felt as if she just made a deal with the devil. She was surprised to know that she would actually be working with the Sunakage as her assistant. It sounded like a simple desk job at first; just working with nothing but paperwork. It may have sounded tiresome at first, but when she found out she'd do more than just schedule appointments and do paperwork, that was when things gotten a little heated in Akuro's end. At this point, she didn't even know what she signed up for anymore. She had a feeling she'd do something that was against her nature, but that was just it. The Sunakage would make her take a thousand steps out of her comfort zone and Akuro wasn't too sure if she was up for the challenge. Considering that she accepted it, there was no turning back.
The heterochromatic girl looked around the area as she was protected by an umbrella set by her seat in the outdoors of a local restaurant. As usual, it was warm but not as blazing hot since it was winter. Some people have decided to lightly pack themselves up to keep their warmth while others stayed with their default outfits, as if they were dealing with the normally scorching temperature during the day.
Akuro took another bite of her Döner as she then set it down. She made another sigh as she then took a sip of her water, settling her eyes down at an empty seat across from her. If she recalled correctly, the Sunakage mentioned that Akuro would be working with a few other people that worked very closely to her. She had no idea who could it be, nor knew what they were like. She could only hope that they were people who weren't really up to Sunakage's level of work outside of it.
While she had no idea, the only thing she could do is just hope things would go... but she could never know what the future would have in store for her.
