i. Weapons have an allotted amount of power per rank. Please refer to the guide below to find the base strength and durability of your weapon. E- 1 D- 10 C- 25 B- 50 A- 100 S- 150
ii. There are two types of weaponry: finesse and heavy. Finesse weapons scale off speed in the same way that jutsu scale off chakra- for every two points of speed you have, one point of strength is added to each swing you make with the weapon. The same is true for heavy weaponry, except that it scales off of a user's physical strength. Examples of finesse weapons include daggers, rapiers, and thrown weapons, while examples of heavy weaponry lean more towards longswords, hammers, and axes.
iii. Weapons A-rank and above have access to two abilities- weapons below this rank only have access to one. Abilities cost 1,500 ryo each. Keep in mind that abilities are things such as chakra absorption and channeling certain chakra natures well- they are not a substitute for normal jutsu.
iv. S-rank weapons are exclusively obtained through site events, and cannot be created and obtained normally.
v. Weapons cost the same amount of EXP to obtain as a jutsu of the same rank, plus the cost of any abilities. Ryo-wise, the item cost is equivalent to EXP cost x100.
