Appearance: Activating the ability: The user disappears and reappears beside any marked object (person, item, structure, etc.). The teleportation has no sound or visual cues. Storm Lord Seals are visible to the naked eye. They are a rectangular seal, one inch wide and three inches long. In the center and at each corner is the Kanji for Storm (嵐). Each of the 5 symbols are conected by a repeating message of instant summon(तत्काल सम्मन).
Function: The pinnacle of combining space-time teleportaion with summoning fuinjutsu. The user places a specially-designed seal on any person, plant, inanimate object, etc. There is no limit to the number of seals that the user can have, however they are limited to no more than forty active seals. Once a seal is active, the only way it can be removed is with a fuinjutsu removal technique of power greater than the power of this technique. The user may deactivate a seal in order to activate a new one simply by touching the seal and modifying the chakra flow inside the seal. Once a seal has been deactivated it cannot be reactivated and a new seal will need to be put in its place. The user is aware of every seal that they have placed and which ones are currently listed as active.
The user can instantly summon themselves to any active seal that they have created. Any clothes or gear that the user has on them will be transported with them at no extra cost. The user may transport others with them for an additional cost. The user gets to decide how they are situated when they arrive at the seal in question (ie. What direction they are facing, etc.) The teleportation process locks the user's last movement during transmission.
