Appearance: A White mist/haze that varies in thickness
Function: The user creates a cloud of mist up to 100 feet in radius. The mist can either be expelled from the user's mouth, or it can be created from a nearby source of water. The mist is formed at the jutsu's speed.
The user controls how thick the mist can be, from seeing faint movement, to complete obscurity, however everyone in or around the mist cannot see anything but the mist itself. Those with Byakugan can make out people due to seeing their chakra networks. Those with other visual Doujutsu (Sharingan, Rinnegan, etc.) will see the mist's chakra coloured to that of the user, but will not be able to make where they are in it.
