Dog → Dragon → Rat → Ram are the Canon Hand Seals for this tech
When you say it spreads 100 feet is that total or 100 feet in all directions? I am fine with either but it is important to clarify.
Duration is basically how many posts the jutsu will be active for. If it is only active temporarily (doesn't last multiple posts) just put until it reaches max range. I suggest this over 1 post because making a technique that disperses the post after it was initially used kinda renders them useless against someone even slightly decent at timelining.
I personally don't like the idea of limiting a Canon technique to a single person, so please remove the Hidden aspect and the bonus requirement.
If you disagree with anything feel free to call for a second opinion.

I assumed since this tech never popped up in the manga it wasn't canon, but I'll leave it open anyway and have fixed everything else. ^-^

I would still suggest that you change the duration from 1 post to "until it reaches max range" as that ensures the technique is not timelined into being cancelled 5ft from the user

Looks good to me now. Approved
Also, just as a bit of explanation, anything seen in the Naruto anime is considered to be Canon when it comes to techniques on the site. This also includes techniques from movies
